The team’s goal is to generate pipeline and revenue by creating interest and engaging prospects throughout the buyer’s journey -- across all channels.  This role needs to strike the balance of being attentive to detail, creative and analytical, and requires a deep understanding of the marketing automation buying cycle, knowledge of the marketing automation marketplace and marketing trends, and an ability to conceptualize, create, implement and optimize integrated, creative, online/offline marketing programs to generate pipeline and revenue.

Additionally, this role requires strategic marketing leadership, cross-team and organizational collaboration, excellent communications, and a passion for developing, iterating on, and scaling integrated initiatives across marketing and sales.

You will report to the Vice President of Marketing. Ideally, this candidate will be based in Portland, OR.

  • Oversee and manage a high-powered demand generation team to execute campaign and demand generation programs at high quality levels that provide strong ROI.  Ensure the team is continuously learning and growing their skills, career potential and understanding of the market.
  • Continually assess demand generation effectiveness across channels and campaigns to provide a detailed analysis and to ensure adjustments are found early and implemented.
  • Work with partners to identify demand generation and funnel building activities that work for both parties and drive pipeline. Embed into the overall lead generation mix.
  • Consistently present and be a champion of demand generation activities in the organization, ensuring all customer-facing groups have awareness and are informed how to use these programs as a tool.  Ensure continuous feedback loop with stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product and other marketing team members to ensure strategy and message is consistent and creative.
  • Foster an environment where testing and experimentation is encouraged and rewarded across the team.
