About the Job

Join the marketing team to build OpenSesame from the emerging leader in enterprise business training to the clear, worldwide leader in enterprise business training over the next four years. You will lead and manage all aspects of the Demand Generation, and become joined-at-the-hip with the Sales and Partner team leaders to collectively accomplish our growth plan.

Performance Objectives:

  1. Lead the growth marketing team to generate Sales Accepted Leads (SALs) to grow sales 50% per year to $200M over the next four years.
  2. Evaluate the existing direct and channel marketing programs, all of the support requirements and the key strengths and weaknesses. Present SWOT. (first 90 days) - Funnel management
  3. Develop a comprehensive three year demand generation and ABM plan with key resources required to support 50% growth.  Identify high-level Objectives & Key Results (OKRs). (first 180 days)

Location: This position can be based anywhere in the US. All positions will require up to 15 days of travel per year for company wide events (typically January, May, September). Members of Senior Management and Leadership Teams will require up to 35 days of travel.
