IT Business Systems Analyst Senior

Are you a skilled business systems analyst who can communicate with partners to understand their business needs from a strategic perspective and determine the best technical solutions to achieve them? Multnomah County IT currently has a limited-duration opening for a business systems analyst to work with the District Attorney’s office on the upgrade of the Alfresco Document Management System. In this role, you will use your talent for developing strong relationships and your IT expertise to analyze current business processes, support the migration of data, document and migrate complex system interfaces, and train staff at all levels of the organization. You will work in close collaboration with leadership and staff in the DA’s office as well as other County IT staff, focusing most of your time on defining business needs and system requirements; analyzing business processes; evaluating, testing and configuring systems; and developing and delivering staff training. You will also play a key role in business case development, and project and portfolio management. This limited-duration position is expected to last up to two years, but may end at any time.
