IT Senior Voice Engineer

Job description

Are you an experienced IT systems administrator with experience in Cisco voice and video technologies? Would you like to contribute your skills and your time to an organization that serves our entire community? The Senior Voice Engineer will join Multnomah County IT’s Networking Team, which designs, implements and manages data, voice and video networking for more than 5,000 customers at over 100 locations. In this role, you will provide advanced-level systems engineering and administrative support for enterprise voice and video services and systems. You will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, maintenance, diagnostics and incident management for enterprise-wide IP voice and video infrastructure. In addition, you will establish and maintain voice system performance, troubleshoot voice problems and outages, and provide a reliable and secure network by establishing and enforcing configuration standards and policies.
