As a Product Manager, you'll be responsible for developing and releasing products per the product roadmap and in partnership with leadership, shaping the roadmap and strategy. You'll build products from existing ideas, customer input, and market data and help to develop new ideas based on industry experience and contact with clients and prospects.

To succeed in this role, you should be a perceptive and creative leader and a reliable problem-solver. Your curiosity and ability to tune into the needs of the marketplace will set you apart, but above all, you will be measured on results and metrics such as NPS, time to market, competitive wins, eliminating barriers to adoption, and improving customer outcomes. Scope of Responsibility and Duties

  • Owns market discovery and evaluation, understanding potential buyers and users of their products
  • Aligns and coordinates On-site visits to gain deeper insight into their needs to build strong relationships with customers and prospects
  • Writes and prioritizes problem statements
  • Creates high-level product strategy and direction
  • Writes and prioritizes epics
  • Communicates release planning and feature prioritization with all stakeholders
  • Maintains development (internal) roadmap, keeping it aligned with the external-facing roadmap for each product
  • Participates in and runs focus groups and user-centric design sessions
  • Leads the customer advisory board (CAB) for each product
  • Owns product launch and leads overall go-to-market strategy for products

  • High-level estimation and sizing
  • UX design fundamentals
  • Managing customer expectations and negotiation skills
