Would you like to play a critical role in driving Culture, Diversity and Belonging at Autodesk?  We are seeking an exceptional Diversity & Belonging business partner with deep expertise to help us deliver on our ambitious strategy and goals. Autodesk’s Diversity & Belonging efforts were formalized six years ago and we recently engaged in a comprehensive strategic planning effort to arrive at key change levers and metrics for growing Diversity & Belonging.  In other words, it’s an exciting time to join an amazing team of dedicated, focused individuals who are shaping the future of Diversity & Belonging at Autodesk.  Reporting to the Global Head of Culture, Diversity & Belonging, this position will partner directly with business leaders and their teams to develop and implement function-level strategies and actions that advance our D&B goals and impact business results. This position also requires excellent partnership and alignment with our People & Places organization’s key stakeholders in Recruiting, Learning & Development, HR Business Partners, as well as with our Global Site Councils and Employee Resource Groups.

Act as a strategic partner, consultant, and coach to our leaders, HRBPs, HR Managers, D&B workgroups, and site councils to scale our Culture, D&B initiatives and make progress on our strategic goals.


  • Partner closely with business unit leadership, global site councils, People and Places (PPL) HR business partners, and other key stakeholders to scale and localize Culture, Diversity & Belonging within each business group
  • Partner closely with business unit executive sponsors and HRBP’s to diagnose hotspots and develop strategies and tactics to increase diversity, inclusion & belonging; provide subject matter expertise on industry best practices
  • Work closely with the Director of Diversity & Belonging Programs to embed and scale centralized programming in business groups and sites
  • Design, plan and execute HRBP and HR Manager mobilization initiatives to convey best practices and ensure D&B alignment across all business units
  • In partnership with HRBP’s and L&OD, design, plan and execute a targeted career development planning initiative to retain diverse talent
  • Attend strategic reviews with individual CEO staff members to discuss progress towards goals
  • Own the planning and execution of internal events and workshops
  • Work closely with internal communications to develop content and plan the execution of all internal communications including but limited to Autodesk’s D&B newsletter, quarterly all-hands, and internal presentations
  • Leverage data to inspire action and drive outcomes across the organization; identify trends, insights and gaps to inform strategy as well as relevant programming and intervention
  • Partner with cross-functional teams within PPL and the greater organization to ensure that D&B is a critical consideration in all that we do to create an exceptional employee experience
  • Continually enhance Autodesk’s D&B practices through awareness of market/industry trends and sharing best practices

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years in diversity, inclusion & belonging. Organizational development, learning & development, or HR experience a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work in D&I, OD, Business, L&D, or HR preferable
  • Proven ability to motivate and influence senior leadership, key stakeholders, and employee networks
  • Experience scaling global diversity & belonging strategy and initiatives
  • Engaging presenter; able to articulate ideas, concepts and learning in a compelling and inspirational way
  • Program and project management, including the creation of project plans and milestone tracking
  • Experience delivering learning solutions to teams and large audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects autonomously
  • Strong analytical skills; data and situational analysis; ability to manage and interpret data across platforms like Glint, Degreed, and Visier to identify gaps and build targeted solutions
  • Experience building and maintaining relationships across a highly matrixed organization
  • Strong self and other awareness; growth mindset; highly adaptable to changing circumstances
  • Ability to turn complex ideas and challenges into simple pragmatic solutions
  • Advanced Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business or HR related field is a plus
