As a diverse group driven by a passion for the success of our customers, we provide leadership and technical expertise to efficiently guide customers through their deployments. About the Role

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead the Integration workstream on customer projects in a consulting environment.
  • Architect and Design integrations between Workday and third-party systems.
  • Influence the future development of our organization, the Workday Product, and our implementation tools.
  • Collaborate with others to contribute to the success of our customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • Depth of experience architecting, building, and/or developing integrations, with a focus on web services, for HCM, Financial, or Student Information Systems.
  • History of serving in technical, customer-facing roles responsible for gathering requirements and designing solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability coordinating and collaborating with cross organizational partners.

Other Qualifications

  • Excellent consulting and communication skills.
  • Passion for integration challenges, encouraging others, and team building.
  • Adept understanding of Higher-Education and/or Non-Profit business functions.
  • Experience contributing to the success of multiple software deployments.
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages, web services, integrated development environments, and related technologies involved in processing & transmitting data between systems.
  • Ability to travel.
