Software Developer (.NET)

Job description

The successful applicant will be a key member of a team that is developing cutting-edge Manufacturing Analytics and Intelligence software. This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience developing commercial software applications in the .NET environment. Primary focus will be the software that connects NWA's analytics applications with external data sources, including commercial databases, manufacturing and laboratory data systems and process historians, using industry-standard data integration technologies.

The successful applicant will have significant experience and expertise in the following:

  • Visual Studio .NET 3 or higher (C#, VB)
  • Data integration technology (ODBC, OLE-DB, ADO.NET…)
  • MS SQL Server and/or Oracle
  • Database architecture and design
  • SQL

Experience working directly with manufacturing information systems such as process historians (OSI PI, Wonderware Historian, IP21, PHD, etc.), MES, LIMS, BA/BI software, or similar data-rich applications is a plus.
