Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented, experienced, and motivated Staff Accountant to help strengthen our organization and accounting team. We are looking for a top performer who wants to join a dynamic and fast-paced company.

Job Responsibilities Include:

AR/AP management

All daily accounting functions

General ledger and journal entries

Monthly balance sheet and bank reconciliations

Month-end close

Assisting Controller with monthly financials and flux analysis preparation

Sales commissions calculation

Managing accounting technology (such as QuickBooks, Expensify,

Managing Company subscriptions

Ad-hoc tasks and reports assistance

Additional responsibilities:

Assumes other special projects and responsibilities, as required. These include projects such as research and implementation of new technology as well as process improvement initiatives.

Ideal candidates for this position possess:

3+ years of accounting experience in a rapidly growing SaaS or digital health start-up company

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA certification is preferred, but not required

Exceptionally strong Google Sheet/Microsoft Excel knowledge

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once while maintaining incredible attention to detail
