To support our growth, we are hiring a Technical Support Engineer (TSE) who brings an eagerness to learn, a love of coding and data, and a successful track history of customer service, taking ownership to provide technical solutions to our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
What We Must Have
- Applied knowledge of Linux and/or Mac OS X command line.
- Understanding of relational databases and experience writing basic SQL.
What’d Be Nice to Have (but not required)
- BS in Computer Science or related field.
- Familiarity with at least one server-side language (i.e., Go, Python, PHP, etc.).
- Experience using Zendesk or similar system.
- Experience building REST API queries for troubleshooting.
