Exterro pays 90% of employee healthcare premium for medical and vision coverage. Coverage for family members is also available and an additional 25% of the family premium is paid by Exterro.
Exterro pays 100% of employee premium. For family plans Exterro pays an additional 25% towards the family premium.
Exterro pays 100% of employee premium; benefit is 1x annual base salary.
Paid Time Off
15 days of PTO per year from the date of hire. PTO includes sick, personal and vacation time and can be used as it is earned. We allow unpaid leave and extended PTO leave of up to 3 weeks at a time.
Exterro gives paid time off to all employees for 8 holidays plus Exterro provides two floating holidays of your choice which are available on your start date.
Exterro pays for employee's coverage of both short and long-term disability benefits.
Exterro believes in encouraging employees to plan for retirement. Employees may enroll in the company’s 401(k) plan. We do a company match up to 3% or $3,000 per year with a 4-year vest from start date.
Exterro pays for half of the accident insurance premium. This is in addition to your medical insurance to help pay for any unforeseen accidents.
