Insights & AI Solutions Specialist

What You’ll Do

As an Insights & AI (IAI) Solutions Specialist:  

  • You will be in a trusted advisor role with the technical champion on the account.
  • ​You will help the customer understand what they need from a technology partner and demonstrate the business value of the Sprinklr platform.
  • You connect Sprinklr’s product capabilities to their business key objectives and their use cases.
  • You use Sprinklr’s persona-based use cases to identify and validate value via a technical validating event with the customer.
  • You show the value and possibilities of the Sprinklr platform to the customer vs. purely demonstrating features and functionality.
  • You will be a trusted and integral part of the pre-sales process and own the technical win.
  • This is how you help the account team drive growth.
  • You can flag problems in the early stages so that they can be tackled and addressed in a timely manner.
  • You also partner with the extended post-sales team to find new customer opportunities.  
  • You will be an internal advocate for the Sprinklr Insights product suite and AI capabilities, working with and educating across the Sprinklr organization (including Sales, Product, Product Marketing, Success, and Support) to participate in strategic projects with the end goal effort of driving holistic success.
  • Travel may be required in service of these initiatives.
  • You will meet with customers and partners remotely and on-site (estimated travel is 25%-50% of the time) to build relationships, learn about their business and processes through discovery sessions, and deliver inspiring presentations about our solutions, value, and vision.  

 

Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified?

You are a proven thought leader with respect to operationalizing data and AI’s impact.

  • Through 7+ years of work experience, you have endless stories and success proof points to pull from in your years of personal dealings with digital transformation through data, corporate insights and research, emerging technology, and AI design and philosophy.

You have deep knowledge of research technology and artificial intelligence capabilities.

  • You have a deep understanding of data and research practices, including technical practices and industry trends.
  • You can talk in depth about insights solutions and AI with some of the most intelligent researchers and data analysts on the planet, but also deliver impactful, value-based presentations to Fortune 100 executives.
  • You can call upon extensive experience executing research initiatives (with specific examples where you helped teams find and action upon insights), and/or demonstrating research-oriented software in previous roles (e.g. Medallia, Qualtrics, SPSS, etc.).  

You have exceptional communication skills.

  • You build credibility with the customer through active listening and by recommending strategic solutions.
  • You can delve into business challenges and identify which Sprinklr products solve the customers’ needs.
  • You create and deliver compelling presentations with purpose and clarity.
  • You can clearly relay customer scenarios to internal stakeholders to help drive product innovation and success.

You like to collaborate with others and build consensus.

  • As the platform expert within the account team, you are skilled in aligning stakeholders around the customer’s technical requirements.
  • By partnering with Account Executives, you prioritize recommendations, manage customers’ expectations, and work with subject matter experts to develop comprehensive solutions for Sprinklr customers.

You are constantly curious and seek consistent growth.

  • A learning mindset and a desire to create and iterate is critical in this role.
  • You know your strengths and identify ways to build upon them.
  • You gather feedback from your customers and your team and prioritize the best next step in the sales process.
  • You can learn to position Customer Experience Management concepts as well as be a certified expert on the entire platform and translate its benefits to customers.

Compensation Range

$121,000 - $161,000 - $201,000

The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role.  Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s  discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.

US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.  The US-based benefits include a 401k plan with 100% vested company contributions, flexible paid time off, holidays, generous caregiver and parental leaves, life and disability insurance, and health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage.
