About the Role:

The growth marketing team is seeking someone who will work across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales to enable data-driven decision making.  The Marketing Data Analyst will use data from our Amazon RDS data warehouse, our customer relationship management (CRM) software and other business intelligence tools to get insights on customer and monetization trends, marketing campaign performance, and drivers of improvement. Our ideal candidate for this role is an analytical and self-driven individual with a background in working with remote teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a data-driven thought partner for marketing to drive performance and growth.
  • Support marketing team by developing insightful dashboards and reliable reporting tools, defining KPIs and OKRs, and integrating technologies and automations into marketing processes.
  • Provide relevant recommendations based on in-depth analysis of customer usage and monetization data to guide marketing leadership’s decision making
  • Contributor to strategic decisions in marketing, customer expansion, retention, and sales.
  • Work closely with cross-functional business partners in marketing, sales, business development, account management and partner teams to develop ad-hoc analysis and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Assess current marketing technologies and analyze data on whether they improve marketing workflows and processes.
  • Work closely with the lifecycle marketing team and cross-functionally within the organization on planning and executing multi-channel campaigns and monitoring their performance.
  • Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in growth marketing and business expansion.

Qualifications

  • Deep hands-on knowledge of Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Fluency in SQL and Python.
  • Knowledge of Gainsight is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of relevant marketing or growth analytics experience, B2B strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Self starter with excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skill
  • Experience with lead generation, nurture streams, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Practitioner-level knowledge of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in growth marketing.
  • Previous experience in a role within a fast-paced, technology-driven company.

Total compensation for this role (base plus bonus): $110,000-$,150,000 depending on location and experience
