We are looking for a Marketing Programs Manager who will be responsible for the execution of key marketing programs across multiple marketing channels against set timelines, budget, and quality expectations to help customer retention and growth, as well as new business acquisition.  

You’ll be working with your manager, our Manager of Lifecycle Marketing, to achieve the goals of the Demand Generation team! You'll also partner with teammates across Customer Success, Sales, Solutions, and Product.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead all aspects of customer and new business marketing programs across the US and EMEA, including but not limited to webinars, online training, virtual, and in-person events.  
  • Complete key campaigns for acquiring, retaining, and growing customers.  
  • Leads key programs for customer retention and growth, such as gifting and peer-to-peer reviews on G2 and TrustRadius.
  • Collect monthly intent data signals and distribute them to sales teams.  
  • Continually evaluate marketing channel performance and collaborate to drive outstanding practices.  
  • Track important metrics to measure marketing program success and return on investment for marketing programs.  
  • Maintain customer marketing calendar and detail quarterly plans.  

What You'll Bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing programs, field marketing, campaigns, or marketing communications.  
  • Proven record of event management including webinars.  
  • Knowledge and experience with of customer review sites (e.g., G2, TrustRadius), customer advocacy programs (e.g., case studies) and email campaigns.
  • Excellent communication skills, partner management, and project management skills.  
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail.  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, virtual work environment.  
  • Willing to travel a few times per year for in-person events.  

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with webinar management platforms (ideally ON24), project management tools (ideally Wrike), and customer relationship management (ideally Salesforce).  
  • Prior experience in international companies, preferably in a B2B SaaS-based industry.  
  • Experience engaging with engineering, product, and system development personas.  
  • Experience working in a matrixed Sales & Marketing organization with partners across different regions.
