Our specialized B2B team works at the intersection of user experience and marketing to craft innovative web experiences for leading clients like Asana, Salesforce, and Google.

In this role, you will develop engaging, optimized user experiences and innovative websites that enhance brand impact and drive key metrics like conversions and customer engagement. You’re a systems thinker, adept in designing component-based websites that help our clients manage impactful online experiences at scale.

Your unwavering commitment to user advocacy guides your work. Collaborating with designers and marketers, you'll merge user insights with business objectives to create effective websites that generate real value.

What You'll Do

- Conduct website audits, stakeholder interviews and discovery research in order craft websites that address customers’ needs and tell the right stories to increase user and customer acquisition

- Deliver UX strategy and a strategic website vision for stakeholder and internal teams to rally around

- Create web personas, content maps, experience maps, journey maps, user flows, IA diagrams and wireframes that illustrate your recommendations

- Recommend practical insights and website improvements by analyzing user behavior, funnel analysis, and site experience data

- Partner with an integrated, multidisciplinary team to develop original website concepts, features, and growth-optimized functionality

- Work directly with cross-functional client stakeholders including Brand, Growth, Product Marketing and Sales to identify needs, define priorities and accelerate performance improvements

- Partner with designers to create component-based design systems, including variants, components, modules, and page templates

- Partner with research & testing to develop and execute A/B or multivariate tests, analyze results, and suggest improvements based on those results

- Participate in collaborative workshops and synthesize insights into clear strategic vision, frameworks, and concepts

- Bring an exceptional eye for design, details, and a genuine love for the craft

What You'll Bring

- 5+ years experience in a similar role, with a mix of agency and in-house experience working within large, matrixed orgs

- A broad set of strategic skills and experience across digital user experience, digital content and information architecture, and digital marketing

- Experience with all phases across the design process, from discovery and design, into development and release

- Experience successfully collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams

- Proficiency with current design tools such as Figma, along with an ability to quickly learn new tools as they emerge

- Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and team members effectively

- Ability to self-guide and project manage with minimal direction

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with SaaS and enterprise tech companies preferred

- Solid understanding of SEO and digital marketing

Pay Range

- The expected pay range for this position is $85,000-$110,000 for our base US Region 3*. We have three regional pay ranges that are adjusted for cost of living (US1 +15%, US2 +7.5%, US3 Base), *learn more about our pay philosophy and cost of living adjustments.
