Sr. Associate Software Development Engineer

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of distributed systems engineering experience applying one or more of the following: Java, Golang, Scala, Kotlin

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of distributed systems engineering experience applying one or more of the following: Java, Golang, Scala, Kotlin

Other Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with source control, IDE, unit testing, debugging, profiling, JIRA, TeamCity, Git, Docker, Gradle etc.
• Experience with AWS, Elastic Search, Logstash, and REST desirable
• Experience with designing and building fault-tolerance and resilience within distributed systems
• Experience building scalable data pipelines and new tools/API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity.
• Good team interaction with good oral and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience writing automation and test platforms
• Strong communication/organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
• BS or higher degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or a related field

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range:  $124,000 USD - $186,000 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $117,800 USD - $210,000 USD
