Job Description: In this role, you will lead the implementation of a new enterprise-level Microsoft Power Platform tenant, ensuring a secure, scalable, and well-governed foundation for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.

Once the environment is established, your primary focus will shift to designing, developing, and delivering business solutions that leverage Power Platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into custom applications, automated workflows, and data-driven insights that deliver organizational efficiency and innovation.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Strong technical expertise in Power Platform development and administration.
• Experience with governance, lifecycle management, and security best practices.
• A collaborative mindset to partner with cross-functional teams and promote platform adoption.

You will shape OJD’s Power Platform strategy and lead the creation of impactful solutions that support the administration of justice across Oregon.

Yearly Salary: $102,693-$159,322
